  • 500 Arnon Place Single Family Residence Renovation

    This project features a rooftop terrace that is approximately 325 sq. ft. and is comprised mainly of cut flagstone, a couple of small planting beds, two trellises, and a cable and cedar handrail.

  • Argyle Terrace-Parsons/Elizondo Residence

    This two tier roof top deck located in the District of Columbia is approximately 800 sq. ft. CGR was involved early on in the design and construction process and furnished the entire roof package including all the metalwork. Architect of record:DE-Design

  • Borzekowski Residence

    This two tiered 700 sq. ft. project involved both a 3:12 sloped roof and a flat roof. Both roofs were placed on top of a 60 mil. EPDM membrane. This roof was installed in full shade and planted with 16 different native plants.

  • Cambridge City Hall Living wall

    Active Living wall part of LEED Gold Accreditation new city hall in Cambridge Ontario. Indoor living wall is over 800 sq ft and capable of cleaning between 800 and 1600 cfm of air.

  • Casagrande Residence

    Two arched vegetated roofs on an addition in Alexandria, Virginia. Totaling approximately 700 sq. ft. in size these split level roofs feature our pre-grown vegetated mats.

  • City of Charlottesville City Hall

  • Countryside Industries green roof installation in progress at 300 E. Randolph in Chicago.

  • Covenant House, Ontario, Canada

    Being Canada's largest youth shelter, Covenant house is moving forward with green. In the summer of 2008 Bioroof supplied our Eco System to Landsource Organx GRD whome installed and worked as the general contractor for the project.

  • DC Reeve's Center

    This was one of the first extensive greenroof retrofit's installation on a public facility. CGR provided the lightweight modular trays for the project which were installed by D.C. Greenworks. The project was completed in Fall 2007.
